called the day off the cruise to be told that it was cancelled and moved to next week, we are on our holiday this week so we cannot move our date…have heard nothing of a refund so far

The event was cancel by the tour operator 20 mins after I booked the tour..so told her to cancel my reservation but it was explained to me that you need to cancel it to Viator. But viator telling me that i need to email tour operator to request cancellation..so waiting for tour operator to reply....
