The tour operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the weather to ensure your comfort throughout the cruise.
If you're driving, the closest parking is at Pier 40 (353 West St), located on the north side with easy access. On-site parking is available for a hassle-free experience.
Please note that this cruise does not include stops at the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island. The cruise offers excellent views from the water but does not allow guests to disembark at these landmarks.
This tour/activity can accommodate up to 300 travelers, allowing plenty of space for a comfortable experience.

Staff is not the most friendly ever except for the tour guide. The quality of the voiceover/speaker system from the ferry was very atrocious. Additionally, we have to download an app just to get the tickets for the ferry ride. The website/app does also not clearly state where we go to catch the Ferry. If you put “Liberty Cruise” on Apple Maps it will lead you to the middle of manhattan. After 10 minutes of rummaging through the website we found the Pier it was on. (FYI its Pier 40). We ran literally 1 minute late and the staff did not let us get onboard saying there is nothing they can do as we literally stood watching them lift the plank to get in the boat. They did at least let us get on the following boat ride 30 minutes. The only reason this gets a two star instead of zero is because it got the job done. We got great pictures of the New York skyline and Statue of Liberty. However, I am sure you will be able to find better ferry boat tour elsewhere.

AVOID THIS SCAM!! We arrived at 10:45, the red coat guy said that if we want to go on the next cruise we have to be quick as is starts at 11am. Rushed us through to pay (added on more, my fault for not checking) $260 for 2 adults and 2 children. Once paid we were told to go and wait at a bus stop, the bus took us to pier 40. when we arrived we were told the next tour was at 12:30!!!! We had to wait over an hour in below zero conditions with. there are no representatives at the pier until the boat arrives. The boat was over crowded and a real rust bucket, we sat at the front and my children couldn't see a thing as we were sat down and people crowded the front of the boat. Avoid if you get motion sickness / seasick as you're sat on a rocking boar for about 20 mins while they prepare to leave. THIS IS AN ABSLOUTE SCAM AND OUTRAGEOUS THE CITY OF NY LETS THESE PEOPLE OPERATE

Absolute scam! Do not book! They wanted to charge 50% more to reschedule when called back. Will be using my bank to obtain refund.
