The tour operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the weather to ensure your comfort throughout the cruise.
If you're driving, the closest parking is at Pier 40 (353 West St), located on the north side with easy access. On-site parking is available for a hassle-free experience.
Please note that this cruise does not include stops at the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island. The cruise offers excellent views from the water but does not allow guests to disembark at these landmarks.
This tour/activity can accommodate up to 300 travelers, allowing plenty of space for a comfortable experience.

They claim it's an "official" tour, that you’ll go inside the Statue of Liberty, that you’ll have the best views—ALL LIES. 😡 Aggressive and Pushy: When I refused to buy, they got in my face, blocking my way, trying to pressure me into paying. They literally wouldn’t take NO for an answer. ⚠️ Physical Intimidation: Some of these scammers even tried to touch or grab my arm to stop me from walking away. This is beyond harassment—it’s straight-up intimidation. 🚫 DO NOT Buy From Them! If you’re near Battery Park or South Ferry and someone approaches you about a "Statue of Liberty Cruise," IGNORE THEM AND WALK AWAY FAST. What To Do Instead: ✅ Staten Island Ferry (FREE) – Great views, no scams. ✅ Official Statue Cruises (statuecitycruises.com) – The ONLY legit way to visit Liberty & Ellis Island. ✅ Reputable NYC Cruises – Companies like Circle Line offer real sightseeing tours. 🚨 Bottom Line: These scammers are aggressive, overcharge for a garbage boat ride, and borderline assault people to force sales. Booked a boat tour for Statue of Liberty from pier 40 on the boat Manhattan ! Was told tickets were 39.00 each with free 20.00shuttle ride ! Bought 4 tickets with credit card which should have been 156.00 Got home in Texas and the charge on credit card was 236.00 They charged 80.00 for the FREE SHUTTLE RIDE!
