The cruise time was changed via a WhatsApp at 9:30am. We should have been departing at 6pm to see the sunset & this was moved to 4:30pm with little notice. As we already had plans this was not convenient & we are now awaiting sight of our refund! The excuse was ‘weather’ however this was not a valid reason, the weather was perfectly fine. So disappointed to say the least. Would not recommend anyone books this cruise, clearly false advertised & a scam.

The boat trip was good but the organisation was no existent and the pier we met at was desolate and deserted the only person who looked like they were working there didn’t want to speak to us would not recommend using tripadvisor ever to anyone disgusted

Having done this cruise before, I was extremely disappointed this time. Old boat with restricted window views. Overpriced bar (even for NYC) and “cheesy” merch table ruined the entire vibe.
