Wonderful sailing trip in sunshine and heavy rain almost simultaneously. Not full of people like other boat trips, but comfortable and relaxed. Very tasty lobster rolls ($35); good bar with equally good service.

Due to a personal error of mine, I made a mistake in selecting the date, but having booked it directly in the morning (instead of for the next day) it was no longer possible for me to cancel the reservation without losing the money (booked with the pass). Forced to show up, I go there 30 minutes early, as requested. We boarded late due to organizational problems and once we got on we were made to stay docked at the port for almost an hour because there were technical problems and the engine wouldn't start, without being able to get off or anything else. When they realize that the engine doesn't start, even though it's a sailing tour, they let us off but without the possibility of having us book the attraction again because it's already done. Moral: interminable waits with a shocking wind, zero refunds and no possibility of rescheduling a missed tour. Ps: for those who had booked with drinks, they were allowed to have something to drink before going and the others were not even offered water while waiting.

Mi dispiace per l'inconveniente. Annullare una partenza è una sfortuna ovunque, ma è stata l'unica azione morale ed etica da intraprendere. Il capitano stava eseguendo i controlli di sicurezza prima della partenza e ha visto qualcosa che, a sua esclusiva discrezione, ha ritenuto potesse aver messo a repentaglio la sicurezza dei nostri passeggeri e dell'equipaggio. Come pratica manageriale, non dirò mai ai miei capitani di operare in condizioni che ritengono non sicure. Preferirei perdere affari (e rischiare recensioni negative) piuttosto che correre rischi inutili con la sicurezza delle persone. Mi dispiace che tu non ci dia un'altra possibilità.
