I reserved this for my husband who was travelling to Chicago ahead of me and being reimbursed so I didn't care what it cost. I got a Groupon for myself and for the return trip with another company. In the end, it was almost the same price and this was a MUCH better experience. Not sure when we'll be back in Chicago again but we'll go with Echo for sure. They were very professional and everything went smoothly.
