On time. Clean and comfortable ride. Driver handled all our luggage and was very helpful in answering questions on places to eat, attractions to see and things to do in Chicago. Will definitely use Echo next time I'm in Chicago.

We had ECHO Limo service pick my son and me up from O'Hare. Went smoothly. Driver was there at baggage claim with our name on a sign. We also used ECHO to take us to and from the Chicago Bulls game. Great decision! The parking situation and trying to get in and out would have been a nightmare for me! They were always on time! We used them one last time to take us to the airport from our hotel. All great rides. We highly recommend.

The short review is that I believe Echo Limousine is one of if not the best car/executive van/airport transfer etc services in the country. I was drawn to use them because of their excellent ratings and they exceeded all expectations. We had 8 airport transfers for a family event, using their Sedans and SUV's and 1 Executive Van charter (Mercedes Sprinter) for an entire day. These all took place over a 5 day period and were used by 4 different families. Each driver arrived for pickup early, texted the parties when their flights arrived, had spotlessly clean cars/SUV's/Sprinter Van, were very professional, friendly and helpful. Every family member told me the service was "perfect". We even used their "Meet and Greet" at both O'Hare and Midway airports and the drivers met the parties and helped guide them as arranged. I can't say enough how HIGHLY I recommend Echo Limousine to take care of your individual or group transportation needs. Simply AMAZING! Now the longer details. I called Nisa at Echo Limousine about 3 weeks prior to a family event. We had 4 parties, some couples and some with children coming to Chicago over a 5 day period. They were all coming from different cities. I was paying for all of the trips and Nisa helped set up my account. She listed each detail as to name of contact, phone, email, flight details etc. and sent me copies of each separate "order". She communicated with me several times prior to the days of arrival and I could see each detail in my account. As each party was picked up, I received text and email confirmation of the trip. Echo even tracks each incoming flight as to any delays or changes and the driver met each group as they arrived at Baggage Claim. On one of the days, we chartered their Executive Van which was a Mercedes Sprinter to travel from downtown Chicago hotel to several events in nearby NW Indiana. The Sprinter was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean and easily accommodated our party of 8 adults and 3 kids. Our driver was exceptional and made the day perfect. With the crazy situation and costs of car/SUV rentals/downtown and hotel parking/convenience etc going on post COVID, we not only saved over 50% in cost, but had a luxurious personal transportation service at every point. I can't imagine doing this trip any other way. Nisa was exceptional, but so was each driver we experienced over the week. I have travelled extensively and Echo by far delivers with car service beyond expectation in quality, service and friendliness. I will definitely use them on every future trip to Chicago and NW Indiana.
