Riding with Echo Limo was a wonderful experience. The driver was on time and met me at the escalator with a sign and was easy to locate. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable conversation. The car was very clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth. The driver was able to get me to my destination on time.

We were told to go to the outside lane after we picked up our luggage which we did. THe driver was waiting for us by baggage claim which I did not realize. He was rude and blamed us for not being in the correct place. I had texted him so he knew where we were located. Then he had us WALK for another 20 minutes to where he had parked the car in the parking garage. The driver continued to complain about us the whole time we were hauling our luggage all over the place. He was very rude and I expect some kind of compensation credited to my credit card because I did not pay to get picked up in the parking garage and having to walk in the heat at the airport haulng our own luggage. Thank you

Very good driver and wonderful car. Courtesy and professional. He waited in the arrival hall for almost two hours, because we queued for lost luggage.
