This includes traditional Hawaiian food and fusion local food that were inspired & created by Hawaii's rich and colorful history. Fantastic! Not only did we get to sample foods off the beaten tourist path, but had the foods explained to us. Our guide/owner was excellent and even gave us insights into other places to dine and shop. I enthusiastically recommend this food tour.

We had a great time trying out the local restaurants and favorites with Victor! He showed is where to get baked goods, poke, garlic shrimp and finally the best shaved ice! In addition we got a list of restaurants out of the tourist trap areas to visit. We followed his recommendations and we didn’t have any bad meals!!! 🤣. We attached a photo of is with Victor a d photos of all the food we tried with his recommendations!! Mahalo!!

Since just two of us were touring, our guide personalized part of our tour. Because we had already tasted the garlic shrimp, he took us to a quaint little market for an excellent Hawaiian lunch instead. We had huge samplings of many foods, most of which were very good. It was an enjoyable morning of tastings.
