Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave excellent food descriptions, preparations, etc. Good variety of food to sample with generous portions. Was able to accommodate vegetarian needs and shell fish allergies.

I highly recommend this tour. Victor was so helpful and responsive, from pre-booking questions, through the booking process and during the tour. The variety, quality and quantity of the foods was all great. I loved the mochi doughnuts, the many varieties of poke and the shave ice topped with li hing mui powder. My mother has difficulty walking and Victor was very accommodating of the situation, constantly checking to make sure she was fine. My whole family was very satisfied and my parents will be talking about this as a fond memory for a long time.

Elliss was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We started out at Liliha Bakery and tried 3-4 different pastries that were all very tasty. We then went to a seafood market for poke and then on to an H mart for garlic shrimp. We finished up with Hawaiian shaved ice that was very good. Elliss suggested we try one with an ice cream base and sprinkle a salted plum powder (li hung mui) powder on top. Very good and different. I’m glad we went with this tour.
