We booked our tour for a family of 3. We got a confirmation email in regards to our tour. We showed up at the location that we were told to arrive at, and no-one ever came to get us. When I called and asked what the deal was, they told me that the tour was overbooked and they cancelled our reservations. We were never told it was cancelled and it ruined the whole day for us as all other tours were already booked. We were waiting with another couple that were also suppose to be on this tour and the same thing happened to them. Was a terrible company!!!!! Stay away from this one as the scam you out of your money. I called them to get a refund and they told me that Expedia would have to handle this since we booked thru them. Each time Expedia tried to call them to verifiy they would not answer the phone. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Aloha, Expedia overbooked our tour. it was a late booking and We had emailed you with a message that it was canceled with full refund to you. We even spoke over the phone regarding it. Expedia is the responsible company that you booked thru and thus would be the one refunding you fully as we do not receive any money from them for the cancelled tour. if you were to leave such negative reviews..please leave it for Expedia for their lack of communication with you. We have nothing to do with you booking..
