Private Surfing Lessons are exclusively one student with one dedicated surf instructor. Great for young children and people who want or need extra attention. All surf lessons include top quality surf tech surfboards, Lycra rash guards, and instruction on land and in water. Classes focus on teaching the student the fundamentals of surfing.

What an awesome time! Aimee was an amazing teacher: this was my second ever lesson- first since 2017- and I was standing and riding consistently after my first wave. Aimee made me feel comfortable and confident, and, in particular, she helped me slow everything down. It clicked. We vibed out on the ocean and passed all the time between waves chatting and bonding. I could not recommend NSSG enough. I also got a roll of 125 amazing photos from Hank, an awesome keepsake. I'll definitely take another lesson with NSSG (perhaps even tomorrow)!

We did this as a family with a couple of friends as a complete spontaneous adventure. Great experience, we worked with Josh and Carol (apologies for any misspelling). None of us were great swimmers and some had never been swimming. Even our two-year-old rode along with a life vest, she didn't catch any waves but could have gone with one of the teachers. Josh and Carol were very patient with us and very friendly. We had tons of fun and didn't have to have any gear ready. If you plan ahead, I'd recommend bringing long sleeve surfing/swimming shirt as the sun sneaks up on you. Definitely recommend and thank you to the Surf Girl team for a truly memorable experience!
