Went on a shark dive with 5 friends, we paid 150 dollars each for the experience and 50 dollars each for the photos. My friend talked to one of their photographers who booked us in and gave us the impression that she was the photographer. We went on the boat; crew and captain were amazing. Sharks were really close, so we were extremely disappointed when we got our photos back and there were no sharks in sight in the pictures for some of us. The pictures were not even edited, and we could have better pictures by bringing a GoPro with us. For myself, I only received two pictures of me from the whole dive, no sharks, unedited. Have no idea what I paid 50 dollars for photos for. The sharks were so close, and the photographer didn’t manage to capture it one single time for some of us. During the maybe 15 times I had a shark 6-7 feet from me, not one photo taken.
We contacted the firm telling them how disappointed we were, they stated that they could not control mother nature. Mother nature however was not the problem at all, since the sharks were so close. We didn’t accept the reasoning and my friend also tried messaging them with another complaint, they then wanted to give only her a free dive and the rest of us would have to pay again only gaining a small discount. This is discriminating and totally unfair. We have a ton of friends going on the same trip or with other companies and their pictures are amazing, edited and sharks in them. Would recommend using anther company.

It sounds like you enjoyed the tour and we’re upset with the photos, I offered you a free photo package to come back out and try again. I’m very sorry for your photos that’s why we offer you free photos when you come back. We’re a family owned business and when you make a 1 star review it doesn’t reflect us or our tour when you are upset about photos even when the company is offering a free photo package to come out. Wish we could help more. Aloha
