The day after our trip we saw this year's Shark Week show on diving/snorkeling with Galapagos Sharks on the Borth Shore of Oahu! Had a lot of fun. We took the 6:30 boat and was back at our Villa at Turtle Bay in time for breakfast! Captain and deck hand were both great! Captain was efficient and knew his equipment well. Deck hand was good at her job and she had some good corny jokes! There were others on the boat that were apprehensive and the crew made the trip very enjoyable for all! We had no less than 10-12 Galapagos Sharks with us, and they were not shy! Best money I spent on our vacation!

This is a great experience, surprised about any negative reviews. We even got to see a Tiger Shark along with many Galapagos sharks from the cage. The staff was extraordinary. They even have hotel pick up so you can save the costly cab or Uber ride, and beat the traffic. Will certainly do this every time we are in Hawaii. Worth EVERY penny.

It is all good and well if your booking goes to plan, but I do ask you read the poor reviews, as they have one thing in common - MONEY. In our case, the booking details indicated our hotel was included in the departure point transfers. However when we rang NSSA (the day prior) to confirm pick up, we were told the transfers were full and we were to book an Uber - at a cost of USD $160 return! Upon return to Australia, I have been attempting to get a refund via Viator (and much to their credit trying to assist us with this process), the respond was "supplier advised that you were no shows- unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund". Through no fault of ours - we missed out on the tour and we lost AUD $281.00. NSSA I hope our money was well spent, and the guilt doesn't weigh you down.
