Great excursion. About a 30 min ride out to the cage and out group of 5 spent 15 min in cage. We had 4 good size galapagos sharks (6'-9') swimming around, so close at times you could almost touch them. Then a 30 min ride back. Seas were a little rough, even when in the cage. Dramamine is recommended if you are prone to motion sick ess. We had two people on the boat get sick. Recommend you go early in the day, as the seas pick up as the day goes on.

Awesome experience! We saw numerous sharks swimming around us. Ample time in the shark cage to take great photos and videos. The only downside was the sanitary facilities on site. Very bad by American standards. Please add a note to the tour that it is not recommended for people who get seasick easily. The boat rocked extremely.

Krstin so sorry about the bathrooms at our harbor the star of Hawaii has no pride in taking care of our harbors. we have tried so many times to clean thing up but away run into a harbor master that has no compassion. she always stops us by saying that we need permission to do any at the bathrooms. we have also tried to lock them up after the day to keep the homeless out but harbor lady stops us. we will keep trying thanks Joe.

This is definitely a must do bucket list adventure. The captain and crew member at North Shore Shar Adventures were very informative and professional. We had a small group on the boat so our time in the cage was good and we weren’t crowded in the cage. The only thing is that I wished they would have offered videos of your time in the cage. Other than that, I highly recommend it.
