We did the morning whale watch / snorkel sail with Mana Cruises and it was our best day in Oahu. As other reviews mention, the boat is beautiful, large, spotless with plenty of places to hang out in shade or sun. The crew was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the guided snorkel. Definitely would recommend to others.
