Overview

This is the perfect trip for foodies looking for something other than the typical day at the beach. When embarking on this tour you will receive a one-of-a-kind OC experience as you spend a few hours with Sandy Gillis. Sandy is an OC resident and an OC restaurant aficionado.

In addition to a tour of some of OC most popular waterfront restaurants you will also spend some time on Gillis Island. Gillis Island is Sandy’s beautiful waterfront home which includes an epic, private beach bar! A cool drink on Gillis Island is something you won’t forget.

On your tour of the OC restaurants, you will sample delicious foods and some tasty cocktails. This Tuesday departure from our West OC location will stop at Hoopers and the 45th Street Taphouse - in addition to Gillis Island.

When this trip is over, you’ll have more than just a full belly – you will have also learned a few things.

This is the perfect trip for foodies looking for something other than the typical day at the beach. We'll give you a tour of some of OC's best bayside restaurants - by boat! Board one of our Bay Hoppers at our West OC location and you’ll be joined by OC and restaurant aficionado Sandy Gillis. Sandy will be your guide. You’ll then head out for a 3-hour tour of 3 waterfront restaurants. On your tour you will sample delicious foods and tasty cocktails. Depending on your departure point you’ll stop at 3 of the following: Tailchasers, Fager’s Island, The Green Turtle, Hoopers Crab House, Sneaky Petes, Frog Bar. Sandy will fill you in on all the fascinating facts about OC and the restaurants you visit.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend the Bay Hopper tour. The weather was perfect the day I went. I learned some interesting facts and had some great food. I look forward to trying some of the other foodie tours offered.
