Off-Road Giant Sequoia 4x4 Tour

Overview

Stray from the beaten path and go off-road in a 4WD Jeep Wrangler on this 3-hour Jeep tour. During a 60 minute off-road ride, you'll traverse through the forest on dirt forestry roads with some rocky areas to reach a grove of giant sequoias. Once here, set out on an easy 1-mile loop hike to view these giant beauties up-close before returning on forested roads back to our headquarters.

This operation, run by wonderful people, gave us all we could ask for... Our guide was excellent. He gave us a chance to observe and appreciate all that we saw. He answered all the questions put to him by our kids and gave us valuable information about Yosemite and vicinity. The highlight, for the young in our group, was clearing fallen trees to be able to continue on the tour. Thank you Sierra Nevada Motorsports.

My husband and I took the jeep tour (in light rain) and had a wonderful time on this trip. Matt was our tour guide and he is very knowledgeable about the area. So glad we took this tour!

We were fortunate to call an hour before the tour time listed and book a tour with Chase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area having grown up there and answered the million questions we had without blinking an eye. He took us to the sequoia grove that was better than the one we saw in Yosemite!! He not only was informative, he made sure to get a family photo at each stop on the tour! He was patient with our two boys and made sure they had a good time - it was their first off-roading experience! I highly recommend Sierra Jeep Tours!
