We really enjoyed our hike to the Hollywood sign and back. Our guide Harris was fun and very knowledgeable of the area. He even gave us an extra water bottle he had, which was very kind of him. I highly recommend this hike/tour. You get good exercise, amazing views of the city, and learn a lot about the history of the sign and Hollywood itself.

Last Sunday, I had the tremendous privilege of meeting one of your tour guides on the Hollywood Sign hike. Erick Martinez is his name, and from start to finish that experience was jam-packed with invaluable information, delivered in a personable and accessible format for our group. He entertained and regaled us all with stories about Griffin Park's origins in addition to the later appearance of that iconic sky which so pervasively defines the modern landscape. I'm a history teacher myself, and there was so much which I had never known before participating in this excursion. Erick was also extremely thoughtful in providing safety guidance and even carrying along extra water in case anyone was dehydrated. I was so impressed by Erick's skills as a storyteller. He is articulate, kind, personable, and calm under pressure in Griffin Park! This was an extremely thoughtful experience, and I honestly feel like I not only went on a hike; I also participated in a college level seminar about Hollywood's history. Many thanks to you for providing such an outstanding member of your team as I found in Erick Martinez! He is an asset to your organization, and I hope to have the honor of attending more of your tours during my next trip to LA! Let me add that this was all outdoors, and there was ample space for social distancing without masks being needed, and we had masks just in case social distancing was not possible.
