We see that you left a 1 star review but didn't provide context in your review so we can do better in the future. Upon investigation, I can see that you didn't show up at your ticketed time, then requested a refund after the start of your chosen ticketed time. Our cancellation policy offers a very generous 24 hour window to cancel in advance for a full refund as we schedule staff based on expected guest counts. Waiting until after the start of the tour meant that other guests also weren't able to book those spots. If you bought tickets for literally anything else, you would not be eligible for a refund after the fact.

The tour is really good and you get to see nice view even if you don't continue with the next part of the tour to the highest peak above the Hollywood sign. Our guide was Noelle, she was funny and made the experience way much better than a simple walk. She had interesting stories to tell. Excellent tour!

Katy was my sister’s and I tour guide. She did a fascinating job she was very patient, friendly, and informative. She made the whole experience wonderful. Katy was also very thoughtful of us as she waited with us for our rideshare to get to us.
