Phil and I did this tour solo as I was his only customer that day. He's first rate - smart, personable, engaging. Was happy to answer all my questions, and his passion for the city and the subject matter came through. The tour itself showcases the architecture and history of an area of city easily overlooked by many tourists. Well spent 2 hours.
