We were very lucky to have Phil as our guide - he was not only extremely knowledgeable about Los Angeles but interesting and entertaining as well. The two hours passed really quickly. We learned so much about buildings and history we would never have found out by walking around ourselves. Highly recommended. Ask for Phil.

Our guide Phil showed up right on time - maybe a bit early - and was a delight. Super knowledgeable, friendly and ready to answer any and all questions, he gave us a great insiderās view of downtown LA with wonderful historical context.

Awesome tour of LAs downtown area. Tour guide was very charismatic and had plenty insight in the history of the city. A must for anyone interested in getting a taste of some of the city's coolest hidden spots or any travellers concerned about being safe in the downtown area. Definitely ask the guide about other places to check out before or after the tour, as they know about other cool spots that are in walking distance
