Lots of interesting history presented in a concise, fun way. Length and pace of tour was just right. Shamus was welcoming, friendly and an excellent storyteller.

I lived in this area (4th Street) right behind Independence Hall many years ago. Whether you use the recommended vendors or not, this area is a must for the bucket list when you visit Philadelphia. You start your walk and before you know it, you have made your way to South Philly and "Rocky" territory. Had a brief opportunity to visit late last year.
