We really enjoyed this tour - it is nice having someone to help us understand the history of the area. The group was small and the leader was very knowledgable.

Great tour. Tim was informative and humorous. Being a history major I was impressed with his detailed description of sites and ability to recite quotes from our forefathers. My 13 year old son enjoyed it as well and was never bored. Would highly suggest this tour before you start seeing Philly on your own.

I went on the 10am tour and it took a couple of minutes for the guide Tim to hit is stride but when he did he was funny, informative and clearly knew his stuff. It is also his own company! I have been on a few different tours where people are listing the facts they have learned but Tim clearly likes his history and has picked up a lovely range of facts, stories and oddities throughout the old city. The first half was a general tour but the last focused on a range of stories on the weird and wonderful things Ben Franklin got up to in the area. Well priced and not too long it gives a nice snapshot of the old town.
