This tour is terrific. Our tour guide, Jake, had a sense of humor, many anecdotes and a great knowledge of history. The time flew by and he kept everyone's total attention. I highly recommend this tour.

Bear with me on this review, our guide Jay was GREAT! At the outset, I had concerns: our guide arrived moments before the tour began. He was vaping up a storm as he approachedā€¦huge billows of smoke swirling away from him. He introduced himself and then proceeded to talkā€¦.a lot. Jay talks rapid-fire, (I thought to myself ā€œthis guide is going to have to slow it down a notch so I can keep upā€), but before the first stop on the tour had completed, I had the hang of how he unspools his tales. Jay does speak fast, but his patter is FILLED with dates, details, personal insights, and jokes. He delivers each of his stories with a dash of humor. Our group had two children from two different families; both of those kids were crazy about him. The toddler was mesmerized. The nine year old liked to walk alongside him between stops and ask follow up questions which Jay was happy to answer. My teenagers had a great time too. I loved hearing the history, and the other adults appeared just as interested. It takes a showman to keep a broad age range equally engaged. We all walked away a little bit smarter. Thanks Jay! (Iā€™ll think of you the next time the Panthers play the Eagles).
