This was an entertaining tour, enthusiastic guide with useful historical backgrounds on Philly and a good pace.that alone would have given a 5 star review. What bothered me is that the tour is marketed as private while in reality there were 15+ participants. That changed my perspective on the $35 per person fee. In addition, although the guide has good pace and the baseline story is interesting, he wasnā€™t able to answer basic questions beyond the standard story. So good tour, but not private, not ā€œluxuryā€ and no opportunity to ask questions.

This was a great tour to get familiar with all of the top spots to go back to later. Seamus was very knowledgeable and entertaining in his presentation. We appreciated his time in answering all of our questions to the best of his ability. He was even able to handle non-paying people that listened in at a stop with clarity, grace, and kindness.
