The guide, AJ, is the real deal. She has a visceral passion for food and will take you to the best of the best of Portland. AJ has a celebrity status in Portland as a restaurant critic, and doors are opened for you on this tour - even an unscheduled private escorted tour of the Custom House! The Custom House ambassador recognized AJ and allowed us all in to explore the venue closed to the public. AJ taught us to shuck oysters and even got us free goodie bags of local made chocolates. We loved the tour so much, a few of us met up later - with AJ as host - just to enjoy her company and continue this experience. Don’t miss this - and it’s a must to ask for AJ.

We had a wonderful time! Jason was our tour guide and he was amazing! The food was delicious and we learned a lot about Old Port. Definitely recommend!

What a fantastic tour! Rachael was our tour guide and she made the tour fun and interesting. We loved the beer and food. The seafood chowder was my favorite but it was all delicious…. We also had a lobster roll and fish tacos and got to see some interesting places. I highly recommend this tour!
