We had a great time despite it raining for the entire tour. Glenn did a great job of trying to keep us dry. He was very knowledgeable and full of fun facts. We loved learning about the history of Portland and sampling the food and beer. Andy's was a highlight loved John's stories.

Our tour guide Randy was great! He was very knowledgeable about the area, the food, and very entertaining! The food was very very good! The owner Pam was extremely helpful and understanding considering our situation. We were originally booked for the tour in Bar Harbor, but we had car trouble the night before and couldn’t make the tour the next day. She went out of her way to arrange for us to join the tour in Portland. She made herself very available, responding to my texts immediately. Just a heads up, you will need to park in the paid parking lots in the area. They are very close, and within walking distance to the meeting point of the tour. However they can be expensive, ours was $8.50/hr. Considering the tour was three hours, we paid for four hours.

Randy has been with us from the start (2009) for every kind of tour we've ever offered and in several towns, so he has a vast store of knowledge to share on local history, food, points of interest and activities. The best cost parking options are the ones we offer as suggestions in the tour email confirmations. There are a few that offer day rates and at least one with a significantly lower hourly at the Holiday Inn by the Bay that's less than a ten minute walk from the starting point of the tour.
