This was the first walking food tour ever for us and we were not disappointed! Timothy was an amazing guide, sharing so much history and other interesting information on Portland and the nearby islands. The food was excellent! Just enough over the three hour tour to be full and satisfied, but not to be stuffed. Highly recommend this tour!

All of the food we sampled was terrific but even more than the food, we loved learning the history of Portland. Our guide, Timothy, was top notch. The perspective he gave us as a native yet well traveled Mainer was just as enjoyable as the food. He also provided so many insider tips and recommendations. On his recommendation, we ended up taking the ferry to Peak’s Island (for $7/person!) and exploring the rest of our day. We would have never known to do that without him and it is a highlight of our trip. He also helped differentiate between tourist trap and support of the local economy. We do food tours in most of the cities we visit and this one was extra special.
