EquusLibere Experiences are insightful opportunities to discover equine-facilitated learning and deepen how participants relate to themselves, others, and horses. No horse experience is needed and no riding is involved.

Whether you are an individual, family, or corporate group, we will explore how horses can guide our explorations into presence, connection, intuition, energetic impact, boundaries, and authentic leadership.

*Engage natural horsemanship based exercises on the ground that deepen how you can understand, connect, and partner collaboratively with horses
*Receive translated, real-time feedback from the horses and personalized coaching that offers insight on your unique leadership gifts, growth areas, and ways of showing up in the world
*Engage in bonding exercises with the horses that offer fun, insightful ways to learn about yourself, group members if present, and the horses
*Learn about herd dynamics and the neuroscience of horses

I came into the session curious and also nervous as I had never worked with horses before. Bridgit has a ton of knowledge about horses and coaching and helped me to feel comfortable and at ease. I loved the simplicity yet depth of each exercise and I walked away with so much insight about myself and my leadership. I was surprised by how much depth there is to working with the horses while standing or moving beside them rather than while riding them. Also, I was happy to be able to be active and comfortable despite thanks to the heat in the indoor, even though outside it was in the 20s. Thanks, Bridgit!

Bridgit has a gift that is hard to put into words. She is gentle, kind, warm, patient, articulate and aware. She's not only aware of each individual she's working with, but aware of the group and what it needs in order to have an incredible experience with the horses. Witnessing Bridgit's connection and relationship with the horses we worked with was an education in and of itself. She was able to transfer her knowledge and wisdom of the horses to our group. We each had experiences in working with the horses that exposed the art of leading, following, surrendering, partnering and ultimately connecting. It was incredible to witness this work with a horse and then relate it back to my everyday life. As someone that is not always comfortable around animals, she also made me feel safe, supported and interested in the work we did.

A unique and impactful experience! The opportunity to be in such direct engagement with horses while being guided by Bridgit was remarkable! I felt supported but also given enough space to experiment and feel the edge of trying something new. I learned things about myself that I've taken back into the rest of my life.
