Our driver was delayed about 15 minutes from the original pick up time due to circumstances outside of his control. The company sent us updates via text to let us know the issue and kept us updated on his arrival time. He was very friendly, took care of our bags and even with the delay he got us to the ship on time. We appreciated the extra effort to communicate with us while we waited! Great experience!
