Our driver was informative and timely. You need to have better signs for the kiosk at the airport in order for the traveler to find it easier. That is all I have to say........

Both my friend were VERY disappointed in Viator… we had a scheduled p/u at 11am on 6/14 from the Seattle airport .. are flight was delayed in PDX which we arrived 20 minutes later than are schedule.. I was given NO instructions on where to meet .. I did receive a text at 10:35 that we need to be at meeting place (Seattle seapass) 15 minutes before departure… we had just gotten off the plane just 3 minutes prior … long story short .. we got to the the sea oaks at 11:02.. saying the shuttle had left.. WOW!!!… then to realize our shuttle was name viator at all but Seattle shuttle… never naming viator!!!! Seattle seapass company was great!!

Booked a one way transfer from Seatac to our cruise ship. Our transfer was scheduled for June 7 at 10 am. Checked in at 930am and was told shuttle would be here shortly and to stand at the transfer marker 2. Collected our bags and headed right outside. Checked at 1015 as to status. Was told only a few more minutes. Shuttle showed up at 1040am. Some of the 11 am shuttle folks were in line and the bus was full and were told to wait as our bus was full. I wonder when they got picked up. No one ever said anything. Will not use them again.
