There was suppose to be a person there for each person there was 4 ladies that was suppose to have a person with their name tags but there wasn’t. I paid for each person to have there name welcoming them to Maui but I was the only one. So shame on you

I was met at baggage claim by the prettiest, sweetest lady who was holding a sign with my name, she placed my Lei on me and gave me information on where to collect my bags and where to meet my Uber driver. Super friendly and very very helpful. 10/10!!

Right there at bottom of escalater, warm friendly welcome! Made us feel like celebrities! Recommend it completely to start ur tropical vacation!
