Overview

Set off on a musical journey through time as you tap your feet to the tunes that moved the nation in the 1960s and ’70s. Motor City Musical brings Motown hits from musicians like Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, and the Jackson 5 to the stage, celebrating the history of a genre that brought new life and rhythm to the American music scene.

Head to the GTS Theatre and settle into your seat as the curtain comes up on the cast of the Original Motown Tribute Show in Myrtle Beach – Motor City Musical. Travel back to the swinging ’60s, a time when music broke down social barriers, changed lives, and brought Americans together over a shared love of soulful songs. Learn the story of Berry Gordy, whose Detroit recording studio put some of the last century’s biggest musical names on the global radar. NOTE: Trip Advisor Seats are in the BACK of the theatre and not able to be upgraded. For better seating order directly through the theatre.

4. Your Seating is BRONZE Seating. (Last 1/4 of theatre): 1st Come-1st Serve for the BRONZE section ONLY. These seats are not UPGRADABLE.
5. Your ENTIRE GROUP must be PRESENT & TOGETHER at the time of check-in otherwise we cannot seat you.
6. We have a snack bar with light snack & drinks.
7. We are UNABLE to seat LATE ARRIVALS

Very small theater with big fun! The cast was very talented and the music was really good. I enjoyed myself. There were a few "technical" difficulties, but overall a nice experience.
