We had a flight that was delayed and were able to fly standby on an earlier flight. I had called the main number at quicksilver and was unable to talk to someone so left messages updating our situation. As we landed earlier than planned I reached out to the driver upon arrival. He was at first confused but then said he could pick us up in an half hour which we were very pleased with as we were stressed from delays from the day. Over an hour later he was still not there, we reached out again and he said he was close. He did get there shortly after and we headed to the car. We have used this service for probably the last 15 years and have always been very happy with the drivers and their vehicles , they have often sent larger vehicles than we booked and they have been in pristine shape. This time sadly not the case. We were 4 adults and I had requested a grocery stop, the town car was in poor shape both looks and service wise ( service engine light was on both times) and with 4 bags we had barely enough room for ourselves and sadly none for groceries. In the age of Uber and many alternatives we will not be using this service again as the cost and quality is not in sync and could not in good conscience recommend to others as I have in the past .

Our Towncars are in an extremely good shape and, although older, they are exactly as listed online. Towncars are not manufactured anymore and are now pretty much considered vintage. The one that picked you up is in top condition though.
I do understand you might have expected something other than what you have reserved, as we have updated you to the more expensive SUV very often, but this time, because of your last minute change, one we did all we could to accommodate and accomplish, it was impossible to send you a bigger vehicle. Vehicle type and size was selected by you, as you have in previous occasions. Keep in mind, we have never charged you extra for the more expensive rides you have had with us; sadly we have never gotten a review thanking us in the past. We do thank you for the recommendations though.
Uber is cheaper, yes, but will pick you up in a smaller sedan, unless you upgrade to Uber XL/Black, which is not, in that case, cheaper than with our Towncar, and does not offer meet and greet, luggage assistance and a free 20 minutes stop for groceries.
Very sorry you were dissatisfied. I only wish we had known this prior to this unjust review. We could have tried a solution for your return or any future trips.
When booking any other company in the future, make sure to reserve the larger vehicles that company has, and pay for the service that will best fit your needs. We did you a favor to send the Towncar reserved at that earlier time, for which, by the way, we did not charge for the $50.00 rescheduling fee from your contract with us.
You received service earlier, fee free, with the vehicle YOU selected originally, did not call or reach out to us prior to this review so we could possible rectify any issues, never thanked us for previous FREE upgrades, and now this. Very depressing way to end a 15 years perfect relationship and burn any bridges.
