We will use this service every time we fly into or out of Orlando. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived from Houston, and we arrived twenty minutes early. Charlie was our driver that took us to Wilderness Lodge. He was awesome and so professional. The car was very nice, and we got free water bottles. When we were leaving Wilderness Lodge Rick picked us up and he was fifteen minutes early which was so impressive since we had asked to be picked up at 6am. He made the suggestion to drop our bags at the sidewalk check in and I am so thankful because although we arrived at the airport before 7am and our flight was not until 9:20 the TSA line was so long. Our bags actually arrived in Houston on an earlier flight, so we did not have to wait on the carousel we just grabbed our bags and headed home. Rick's suggestion was priceless.

Our driver CJ was just wonderful. We lucked out and had him pick us up at the airport and bring us back to the airport after our years vacation. He was very informative, very accommodating, and very very very pleasant. A real gentleman.
