We had an awesome time Kayaking with the Manatee. Our guide Jeff was patient with the multiple kayaking skill levels so we all felt safe to enjoy ourselves the entire tour. As a marine biology major he was full of valuable and interesting information. And of course the Manatee!! They were as plentiful and fun to watch as one would hope for in their wildest dreams. It was a great day for our group of teens, college age kids and adults. Thanks again to the tour folks and specifically Jeff.

My partner and I had a wonderful time kayaking the St. John River and were impressed by Matt's outdoor interpreting skills. The route we kayaked showcased many wading and other bird species that were very comfortable with our presence. We had very close and intimate encounters with manatees which made us giddy! We kayaked at our own pace and it was quite a relaxing experience. The amount of time spent on the water was perfect too. We recommend this outfitter but also recommend you make sure to use the nearby park's restroom before you arrive because you don't really have a chance to go unless you are fine with using facili-trees.

The three of us had a great day out in Blue Springs with Matt as our guide. We are all outdoorsy people and it was one of the best animal experiences we have done to date. Ample time out of the water and got to see loads of Manatees and a few smaller gators as well. Definitely worthwhile if you are an animal enthusiast. Also make sure to pay the $6 per car afterwards and do the boardwalk in the actual park. Beautiful crystal clear water, plenty of close up Manatee viewing and we spotted a wild armadillo too! Thanks to Matt for a great day.
