This was a rip off! The app they had me download did not have the tour for which we paid. We were on the route and wanted to pick up the guided tour - per advertised - and paid for and unable to download. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

It sounds as though you did not have the correct app downloaded as the tours are quite easy to find and download. We are always available for assistance by telephone, text and email and would have been happy to help had you reached out. If you would like to contact us we can help you get the tour downloaded or arrange a refund.

The entire tour is based on the premise that a trip from El Segunda to San Diego takes about 2.5 hours on the Pacific Highway. That’s not possible. The program provides no GPS guidance itself but reads the user’s gps. A users GPS must constantly be reset for the next destination and does not necessarily take the intended route into consideration. The drive is beautiful but the traffic and traffic lights are not.

Hi there, I'm having a difficult time understanding your review. Yes, there is a lot of traffic, but it's also one of the most beautiful and popular road trips in the world. It also depends on when you are driving ie a Saturday afternoon will be busy. There is no resetting of any GPS required, you just start the tour and drive. The audio does use GPS, that's how it knows where you are to trigger the correct audio.

Kept loosing signal and wasn’t as guiding as we thought. Even got confused on which route to take. Might try again but will need to improve interaction abilities.

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately the GPS signal is related to the users device. GPS accuracy has improved a lot over the past 3 or 4 years, so newer devices great but there is a chance with an older or less popular device the GPS receiver isn't great and can become intermittent. As for the route, we do provide a live GPS map as well as voice directions, but we'll take a look and see if it can be improved at all.
