Great day out on the water. From open water to narrow river passages with rock formations on either side this was great for a mid-westerner to see the local landscape up close. We appreciated the relaxed pace taking time to view and hear about the local wildlife and plants.

Spontaniuous visit to the lake with no pre booking and planning. The staff was very friendly and I rented a single kajak without any issues. The two hour time on the lake and in the canyon was very relaxing and fun. I even met some long horn sheep near the lake. Great way to spend some time.
