Paddle to the ChaiChei Islands in Sitka, Alaska

Overview
These Islands are close to town and provide plenty of opportunities to see Sea Otters, Sea Stars, and Sea Lions. During the early summer, whales often hang out right on the edge of these islands and late in the summer, Salmon can be seen launching themselves out of the water. Who knows, maybe you'll leave with a salmon in your kayak!
