Actually this tour was canceled. We were moved to the San Andreas bike ride led by Isabel. She was great. We loved that tour so it all turned out.

Ben arrived at our Beautiful Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Hotel! He was on time and had snacks and waters for us! He reminded us we would have a Date Shake at end of ride which sounded great! So off we drove about 30 miles and along the way to the canyon he pointed out several areas of interest! He was very knowledgeable about birds and wildlife and well as things to do in the area! We arrived at our destination and he unloaded the bikes and gave us a few safety tips! We then were eager to bike through the canyons for 22 miles mostly downhill and a few miles of flat! It was a great ride-East-and it was 110 degrees out! We drank lots of water and stopped for scenic photos and family photos along the way! We saw a few hawks and some other birds along the way! The canyons were colorful and peaceful to ride through! We then sprinted to the finish through vineyards and the like -we had a workout! We highly recommend this ride and Ben was great and even took pics of us throughout the ride! We then earned our date shake and we’re surprised at how good it was! Would order that again also! Look forward to doing this again next trip back and possibly a Jeep tour! Really cool experience and company is very well organized! Oh , happy we left at 7 AM strongly recommend-for weather reasons and also to see possibly more wildlife! Get going early! Thanks for a great time! SOK

We had a wonderful afternoon with Big Wheel Tours and our guide Tom. His knowledge of Palm Springs, the local area, flora and fauna was awesome! Very easy trip, 5 mile bike ride (fairly steep climb involved, e bikes available), and 1 mile hike through a beautiful oasis. Highly recommend!
