This sunset sail doesn’t have a full bar, very limited. When our sail took off, my husband asked if he could get a drink. The bartender was on his phone and then told my husband he would still have to wait for a drink cause he takes everyone’s order at the front of the boat 1st. Also told my husband he hasn’t had a drink all day and has been on the boat since 10am so he’s still waiting for his drink. We assume that’s because he is working! The bartender was just rude and had no customer service skills. We have been on other sunset sails and they were great experiences. This experience will be our last with this sunset sail.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience. Our bar is pretty full however, it is still a boat and we have limited space. Our apologies to you and your husband, this is not like our crew to do something like that at all. We will look into the situation.

We are celebrating our 1 year anniversary and this trip was AMAZING! Captain Justine and sidekick (lol) Jacob was amazing. The music was perfect, the speed was wonderful and the view was spectacular. They were very welcoming and nice. Definitely will be a repeat experience when we come back. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend that much more special. ~ The Manning’s
