Absolutely amazing! Will do again and one of the best parts me and husband did out of the whole trip! Did see no dolphins tho :/ but still amazing :)

This was the worst experience we have ever had. All my emails say the boat set sail at 1600 and we drove an hour and a half to get to Panama City from Mary Esther where we were staying on vacation. Only to be called at 1530 that the ship was leaving and we were 3 minutes away. This is horrible customer service never did I receive email or text telling me that they changed the time. I want a refund immediately or I will call my bank and ensure everyone knows the service your company provides.

They changed departure time but forgot to tell us left without us after we drove an hour and a half from Mary ester.
