Overview

We'll begin this adventure with a sail through the Grand Lagoon area to our own private playground area off of Shell Island. Once you arrive, you'll enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and an inflatable water park equipped with trampolines, water slides, seesaw ball and more on this 3 hour adventure cruise! At the end of the tour, we'll go looking for dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico. All activities and use of equipment are included. Each guest will also receive one complimentary beverage( beer, wine, sangria or non alcoholic drink) on board. Additional snacks and beverages can be purchased as well. Food can be brought on to the catamaran, but no outside beverages are allowed. **We also offer unlimited banana boat rides for an additional $20 per person that can be purchased at check ins. This is the only activity that is not included in the ticket price.**

There is a 5-7 minute walk down the dock to the catamaran. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need assistance.

We had a terrific cruise yesterday with the crew of the Privateer catamaran. They start with a short cruise to Shell Island so the kids don’t have to wait too long to play! Multiple inflatables for even the biggest kids to jump and slide on. Two trampolines and our family favorite: rides on the banana boat. My 9 year old did this at least 5 times and loved it. The driver took notice of the smaller kids and slowed down for the 5 year olds. My wife and I were able to try stand up paddle boarding for the first time too. The family loved the two hours at Shell Island and our boys didn’t want to leave. (Only small negative- most of the shells are gone - at least where the boat anchors). Mindy - our bartender- made some good strong drinks. Be sure to get a “boat drink” if you’re so inclined. As the crew told us “you’ll see twice as many dolphins if you get a drink!”. We did see several dolphin pods on our return trip. The boat got right up next to them so the kids sitting aft on the net got a thrill pointing them out.

Everything we did on the trip was very fun and exiting but all of that aside the crew members and the captain are very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this.

Went on the adventure cruise again since we had so much fun last year. This adventure was another success with Heath, Ryan, and Mindy. Crew makes the entire trip a great time. Loved the music, atmosphere, & Shell Island. Always meet wonderful people. See you again next year!
