Both parasail and jet ski was awesome. I recommend getting the parasail and jet ski combo together rather than doing both separate, very simple and convenient. Host for both events we’re great. Our jet ski guide, Gavin, was super cool and a great host.

We prepaid for the parasailing and jet skiing package through trip advisor. However, when we arrived we were informed it would cost another $81 per person to do both activities, which felt like a hustle. When we asked to cancel and for a refund instead of paying the additional money, we were informed that they have a strict no refunds policy and were told we could do the parasailing and buy a photo package (that we didn’t want/need) for the credit of the amount we paid with trip advisor. When we got on the boat, the camera provided by Miami Watersports did not work, so the crew had to use their personal phones to take pictures for us. Parasailing was great, and nothing negative to say about that excursion itself. Unfortunately, the interaction with MiamiSports before we went parasailing put a damper on the activity.

Morning Brigette, You booked this activity through a third party called Viator, which does not charge for fuel/ taxes, which is why it is advertised on their page prior to book that there will be additional charges upon checking. SO sorry if you were unable to read prior to book. Regards,
