My girls and I loved our experience! The staff was super friendly and fun! They also worked hard to follow safety guidelines. I felt very safe with them.

Chad and Mark did an excellent job with us during the outing! We had a party of 8 (4 riders and 4 parasailers). They were both very patient and took their time explaining what we could expect for the duration as well as providing a safe atmosphere. There were, however, a couple of things ahead of our departure that could maybe be handled better for future guests. First, we were told to return to the dock at 3:30 for our 4:00 trip departure. We arrived at 3:20 and were led straight to the boat and off we went. Under normal circumstances it would have been great to leave early, however it did not allow enough time for the Dramamine to take effect (30 minutes) for one member of our party. She was seasick for the duration of the trip and did not enjoy the boat ride or her parasailing. Lastly, we purchased the photo package when we made our reservations. Unfortunately, that information wasn't passed onto Chad and no pictures were taken. This is probably the last time that we will get our 75 year old mother up in the sail again, so we were all very disappointed. We were given a refund for this. Both of these "complaints" were minor and certainly not a negative reflection on the crew or the company! Overall, the trip was fun and safe trip that we would definitely go again and use Eagle Parasail to do it!
