Great Experience! The staff was friendly and helpful from the booking of the event through the end. You are to arrive 15 minutes before your adventure. You check in at their restaurant. It was clean and attractive with several outside or inside seating options. You can enjoy a beverage and food while waiting for your family members to experience the parasailing. The boat captain and assistant were friendly and skilled. There is nothing challenging to do but enjoy the boat ride and then enjoy the parasailing and back to the boat. We would recommend this and would do it again!
