It was exhilarating to be lifted up and up and look at the beauty around us. It was peaceful in the sky and our guide was fun and professional.

I had reserved 2 different time slots to parasail, the morning of parasailing there was too much blame games being played by the parasailing company and Viator. Somehow 1 of my times were cancelled for no reason. My other problem was, I was told the whole parasailing experience was going to be an hour long which is misleading.... The company doesn't tell you they have 2 groups per time scheduled, then the drive was 15mins out, put 1 group in the air for 15 mins then 2nd group 15 mins then drive back in for 15mins....what a waste of time and money.

Hi Anthony, sorry to hear about your experience. Many customer click the book now pay later with Viator. Viator charges your card a day or so before your tour if your card does not go through it is automatically canceled. All we receive on our end is a cancelation email from Viator but it doesn't explain why. We clearly advertise the entire trip to be approx 45 min time in the air is approx 10 min. This is normal for all parasail operators. we take 6 passengers on our boat at a time.
