The capital and his assistant were super kind and their sailing skills made our parasailing very smoothly and pleasantly. My two kids, my husband and I had such a fun.

The trip was cancelled right before we were suppose to leave because of high winds. We were really disappointed but appreciated the captain wanting to keep us safe. Unfortunately the next available reservation was the day after we left because it was a holiday weekend.

I was not understanding the 3 stars then if we canceled because of safety. I know you were disappointed, however, safety must come first in this operation.

Guide was extremely disrespectful from the moment we came in contact with him. From telling my wife to “get the hell on the boat” to telling me several times to “just shut up” and let him take care of getting my kids into their harnesses when I was simply making sure they understood what was being asked of them, this guy was nothing short of a complete jack ass. Unfortunately his inability to recognize his behavior ruined an entire experience that otherwise would have been pretty enjoyable. Remove him from the scenario and this review changes dramatically, but I will personally never use these guys again.
