I had a flat tire on the way over and I was running 30 min late they told me I couldn't reschedule and they said I could not get a refund so basically I lost over 200 dollars. I'm very disappointed I will never do this again.

Hi Darek, sorry to hear about that. We keep a tight schedule and are unable to wait for late customers as that is unfair to the other passengers that have checked in.
