Crew was great - however, parasailing was only 10 minutes long. $300 for 3 kids for 10 min not ok. 66% of what I paid for. Advertised 15 min up and 45 min total trip. Second group up 10 min. We were out for only 30 min.

I'm sorry to hear that, we always advertise 10 minute flights however the tour time does change depending on how the group parasail, hope this helps

I thought the parasailing would last a complete 40-30(min) of being in the air but it was still amazing.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your trip, our flight time is always 10 minutes but tour time changes depending on how many people are flying at that scheduled time.
